GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE CAR RENTAL SERVICE WITH DRIVER

For chauffeur-driven rental services, with the exception of transfers, a minimum period of 2 hours of hourly disposition shall apply.

For direct extra-urban transfers (non-stop), the rate is calculated at a cost per kilometre.

Pick up services to/from airports have dedicated rates to be requested from the service info@limoexclusive.com or  +39 3204013474 .

Airport pickup services provide 90 minutes of waiting time for customs control and baggage claim.

Limo Exclusive collaborates with other rental companies with driver, with the same standards of quality and efficiency, and can use them to perform the services for which it deems appropriate.

Each passenger can carry with them up to TWO SHOES, EACH EXCEDENCE OF BAGGAGE ES: SKIING AND EQUIPMENT MUST BE DECLARED at the time of booking, to avoid that the car is not suitable for such transport.

It remains at the discretion of the drivers to load on the cars bulky objects not declared or excess baggage or that do not have the conditions of transport in safety. (broken, dirty, wet suitcases, etc.).

Limo exclusive undertakes in every reasonable way to have its vehicles or vehicles driven by external collaborators arrive on time at the departure and arrival at destination, will not be responsible for delays due to causes beyond its control.
The cars are all recently registered and covered by insurance for themselves and for those transported and in compliance with the traffic permits in force in Italy and E.E.C.

The transport of passengers is fully covered by the insurance that Limo Exclusive has taken out for its vehicles with third parties. Passengers’ property is instead transported entirely under the responsibility of the passenger who declares ownership at the time of boarding.

Check on departure the correspondence of your baggage, liability for loss or damage can not be accepted, all items carried travel under your responsibility.

If Limo Exclusive is unable to transport passengers(s) to the destination booked and paid for reasons under its control by its own means and the means of external collaborators, Limo Exclusive will arrange the transfer by external means (TAXI, Hire with Driver, Hire Car) and then refund the customer the cost of such transport upon presentation of receipt/invoice.

The refund for the transfer may not exceed the rates in force for the same route agreed.

Limo Exclusive may be held responsible for any costs and losses due to delays and errors directly attributable to our expertise, in this case there will be a refund limited to € 150.00 per booking.

Limo Exclusive reserves the right to change parts (or all) of these agreements at any time without notice to customers, members, tour operators or agencies.

The customer is obliged to report to us as soon as possible any problems arising from inefficiencies or failures directly attributable to our work.

It will be our care to quickly resolve any inconvenience and loss to the full satisfaction of the customer.

These conditions of carriage and all services related to them comply with the laws governing the sale of services in Italy, this guarantees the protection of the passenger and his luggage.
Any dispute or controversy regarding the activities carried out between Limo Exclusive and the customer, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome (Italy).

Behaviour of the user during the rental service with driver

(a) Smoking during transport;

b) Throwing objects from vehicles both stationary and moving;

(c) Smearing or damaging the vehicle;

d) To demand the transport of pets without having taken, in agreement with the renter, all the necessary measures to avoid damage or soiling of the vehicle;

e) Claim that the transport is made in violation of the rules of safety and conduct provided by the current law.

Right to cancel the reservation of the car rental service with driver and complementary services

Cancellation of the car rental service with driver or additional services without penalty is accepted within 24 hours before the service. Cancellations received within 23 hours and 59 minutes before the start of the service will be charged a penalty equal to 30% of the amount of the service.
In case of flight cancellation or delay of more than 30 minutes before departure, the customer is required to notify our reservation number in order to guarantee the presence of one of our staff on arrival. Failure to send the notice of delay or cancelled flight excludes the right to have the car available in case of late or delayed arrival and will incur a penalty of 30%.
